- Remove both protective films, then apply the upper and lower hydrogel sections.
- Leave for at least 3–4 hours or overnight. Remove once transparent and gently press in any remaining essence.
- Use the masks on non-consecutive nights or as your skin needs; there is no need to use all twelve in a fixed sequence.
