Shipping policy

Delivery

All orders are dispatched from the UK, and we aim to have yours on its way as quickly as possible.

Dispatch times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. A small number of items take a little longer, and we’ll always let you know if that applies to your order.

Working days

We don’t dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next working day.

Busy periods

Around key holidays and peak sale periods, dispatch can take slightly longer than usual. We’ll keep you updated and get your order away as soon as we can.

Estimated delivery

Delivery estimates are provided by our courier and are a guide rather than a guarantee. Occasional delays can happen once your parcel has left us.

Courier

We typically use Royal Mail for UK deliveries. In the event of industrial action or other disruption beyond our control, deliveries may take longer than the usual estimate.

Refused or uncollected deliveries
Please contact us promptly if you have trouble receiving your parcel. If a parcel is refused or left uncollected and returned to us, reasonable return-to-sender postage charges may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
