How to check your order

Find your email
Find your Oh So Luxe order confirmation email in the inbox you used at checkout. Check your junk or spam folder if it isn't there.

Open your order status
Select the link to view your order. This takes you to your personal Shopify order-status page. Follow any verification steps if prompted.

Follow your delivery
Once tracking details have been added to your shipment, follow the tracking link for available delivery updates. Your shipping confirmation email may also include this link.
Tracking not showing yet?
Tracking becomes available when tracking details are added to your shipment. Courier updates may take a little time to appear, so you can check your order-status page again later. If your delivery service does not include tracking, live shipment updates will not be available.
More than one parcel?
If your order is sent in separate shipments, each parcel may have its own tracking link and may arrive at a different time.

If you can't find your confirmation email or have a question about your tracking updates, we're here to help. Please have your order number and the email address you used at checkout ready. Don't share your private order-status link publicly.
