Inspired by Rydal, home to William Wordsworth, this candle is deep, grounding, and quietly reflective. The scent draws on the atmosphere of ancient woodland, mossy stone walls, and peaceful walks by the water, creating a warm, contemplative mood.
Made using soy wax, the candle is set with real dried florals embedded directly in the wax, making each piece naturally unique. The clear glass vessel allows the botanicals to remain visible as the candle burns, adding texture and interest without overpowering the calm design.
The fragrance opens with soft bergamot and orange, leading into powdery violet and rose at the heart. A rich base of patchouli and sandalwood gives the scent depth and warmth, balanced rather than heavy, and well suited to slower moments and evening spaces.
Presented in a gift-ready box illustrated with hand-drawn artwork of Rydal and finished with a short literary poem, Rydal Oudh brings together scent, place, and storytelling. It contains 350g of wax with an approximate burn time of 70 hours.
