Paco Rabanne 1 Million Parfum is a 2021 amber leather flanker to the original 1 Million EDT (2008), created by Honorine Blanc and Anne Flipo at IFF. The Parfum concentration is the most intense in the 1 Million range — richer, warmer and more substantial than the original EDT, with the leather and amber base pushed to the fore.
