Launched in 2018 and created by Alberto Morillas — the perfumer behind Acqua di Gio, CK One and Marc Jacobs Daisy, among the most commercially successful fragrances ever made — Bvlgari Man Wood Essence is built around a deceptively simple concept: the smell of a living forest. The opening of Italian Citrus Zest, Lemon Zest and Coriander Leaf is bright and green, with the coriander leaf adding a fresh, slightly spicy herbal quality that separates it from a standard citrus opening. The heart is where the forest character takes hold: Cypress, Cedar and Vetiver together create a cool, dry, deeply woody core. The base of Benzoin and Ambergris is the unexpected turn that elevates the composition. How to Apply

Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, chest. The citrus and coriander opening settles within fifteen to twenty minutes into the cypress and cedar heart — the benzoin and ambergris base develops gradually and improves through the day. Six to eight hours longevity on skin.
